BEYOND CONCRETE COATINGS (BCC) terms and conditions as outlined below:

SITE PREPARATION:  Client's must remove all items from the project space that may interfere with service and ensure the ground is free from belongings. It is advised clients remove all items of value or importance from workspace as an extra precaution but may leave any items they wish to on shelving units, hooks etc. as it will be covered and contained by BCC. The immediate work area should be kept clear, including vehicles if applicable, to allow equipment and machinery to be brought to project space without issue.  Doorways, electrical outlets and other areas may be covered to avoid damage. BCC will contain and protect client's space as necessary and act in a cautious manner leaving clients space in the same condition as prior to work beginning.

PROJECT DURATION: There will be no access to immediate space during project duration. Clients will be able to 'see' project space but not physically access and should plan accordingly.  There may be noise from generator use and/or various machinery and equipment, but BCC will limit as best as possible.
Water and electricity should be accessible if needed to perform work. If electrical panel is located in close proximity to project space, BCC may utilize for work by safely tying into panel with appropriate wiring and equipment. The use of electrical panel is to limit interruption to client's electricity in case of tripped breakers, reduce generator noise level, ensure safety and on-time project completion in case of inclement weather.

INSTALLATION & CURING SCHEDULE: All schedules will be discussed with client(s) during consultation and booking process. The project timeline and specific curing (drying) time will be explained during and post project completion. Typically, light foot traffic is allowed ~12-24 hours, light use (ie. carrying objects) ~24-48 hours & 48-72+ for vehicle traffic. Curing schedules may vary by service, system chosen and materials. Typically, full curing (maximum strength) takes up to one week and clients should limit unnecessary wear and traffic in area.

PAYMENT TERMS: A 50% deposit is usually required upon accepting and signing a proposal. A proposal is typically shared post consultation, and a final balance is due (7) days upon job completion around 1 week (optional) post visit. Clients may also choose to pay remaining balance on day of project completion. If there are different agreed upon payment terms, those will be outlined in client's proposal. Deposits are non-refundable and scheduled jobs may be rescheduled due to emergencies at the discretion of BCC. 48 hours’ notice to reschedule is required and late requests or incomplete site prep can incur fees.

WARRANTY TERMS: BCC offers standard one-year warranties for most materials including defects in the coating product (e.g., discoloration, premature breakdown) but not installation errors. Repairs for damage caused by customer negligence, such as dragging heavy objects or chemical spills, are typically at the customer's expense. Pre-existing concrete cracks, structural defects, or damages caused by moisture are not under warranty.

ADDITIONAL DISCLOSURE & TERMS:

  • UV Exposure: Our coating systems are carefully selected to reduce and minimize UV expose damage. Although select paint systems are designed to repel UV exposure, there is a chance some may yellow or fade over time if exposed to direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time.

  • Odors: Resin application may create strong smells depending on specific system chosen; we strive to offer quality ingredients with No or Low VOC; HVAC systems may need to be turned off or covered to limit and reduce exposure and odors.

  • Contamination: Pre-existing contaminants in concrete, like oil or grease, might compromise adhesion.

  • Appearance variances may occur since finished surfaces may not be perfectly smooth, as coatings follow the existing contours and quality of the concrete.

  • BCC assumes no liability for normal wear damage and weathering.

  • BCC has the right to refuse service and may terminate services at its discretion.
